On the afternoon of June 5, 2025, AgriS and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant step forward in strengthening ties between a leading agricultural enterprise and one of the country’s most prestigious technical institutions.

Under the framework of comprehensive cooperation, AgriS and HCMUT will collaborate across multiple domains, including: commissioning and supporting research on smart agricultural technology solutions; organizing corporate-tailored training programs; co-teaching and co-supervising academic projects; offering scholarships and sponsoring scientific seminars. Additionally, AgriS will increase opportunities for student internships, site visits, and corporate semester placements at its facilities.

This partnership also represents a concrete implementation of the Vietnamese Government’s “Five Stakeholders” model – linking the State, Farmers, Enterprises, Scientists, and Banks. In this framework, AgriS and HCMUT play pivotal roles in bridging the “enterprise” and “science” components. The collaboration lays a strong foundation for nurturing high-quality human resources, advancing technological innovation, and enhancing the global competitiveness of Vietnam’s agriculture sector.
