Building on a Strong Foundation, Creating New Growth Drivers
With more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Agriculture, Ms. Ức My had been involved in AgriS’s management for many years before officially assuming the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors in July 2024. Under her leadership, AgriS has accelerated its transformation from a traditional sugar company into a high-tech agricultural enterprise with an integrated agriculture–food value chain, expanding connections between the Vietnamese and international markets.

On July 27, 2026, AgriS’s Board of Directors was strengthened with six members. Ms. Đặng Huỳnh Ức My (center, holding flowers) continued to serve as Chairlady of the Board, together with Ms. Huỳnh Bích Ngọc in carrying forward the vision of building a modern and circular agricultural sector.
Over the past two years in her role as Chairlady, Ms. Đặng Huỳnh Ức My and the management team have led AgriS through a period of significant market volatility. In response to changing market conditions, the Company proactively adjusted its business operations, diversified its growth drivers, and maintained operational efficiency.
AgriS has maintained its leading position in Vietnam’s sugar industry with a 46% domestic market share and nearly 80,000 hectares of raw material areas. Its distribution network has expanded to 76 countries, more than tripling from 24 markets five years ago.
AgriS is currently at the forefront of applying technology, data, and digital transformation across the entire agriculture–food value chain, from raw material area management and production optimization to decision-making support. The Company is also investing in ESG, R&D, and strategic partnership models, thereby improving operational efficiency and developing new growth drivers.
In the 2025–2026 fiscal year, AgriS recorded VND 26.892 trillion in net revenue, achieving 101.5% of the target approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Profit before tax reached nearly VND 908 billion. The Company’s revenue structure continued to diversify, expanding further into the agriculture–food ecosystem. The rice segment contributed more than VND 2.6 trillion in revenue, accounting for approximately 10% of total revenue. Non-sugar businesses, including agricultural services, fruit, food, and beverages, also recorded growth, generating more than VND 1 trillion in revenue.

AgriS continues to expand its food and beverage processing capabilities, diversify its product portfolio, and enhance value across the agriculture–food value chain.
Expanding Markets, Connecting Global Resources
AgriS is expanding cooperation with partners in Australia, the United States, and regional markets, focusing on trade, investment, and ecosystem connectivity within the global agriculture–food value chain.
Alongside its extensive network of international partners, AgriS has also strengthened its access to international capital. Over the past two years, the Company has successfully mobilized more than USD 400 million from international financial institutions including IFC, DEG, responsAbility, FCB, ING, and other financial institutions.

The Chairwoman’s registration to increase her ownership comes as AgriS transitions from a period of succession into a new phase of growth creation. With its foundations in markets, capital, technology, and its partner ecosystem strengthened over recent years, AgriS is focusing on expanding its scale and enhancing value across the agriculture–food value chain, with the goal of becoming a leading high-tech agricultural enterprise in the region.
