Hanoi, March 26, 2025 – Within the framework of the official visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lawrence Wong and his wife at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, TTC AgriS (Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company, HOSE: SBT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) – one of the Singapore's top 15 universities in the world for technology and innovation. Under the witness of the two Prime Ministers, the event opened a new chapter in international cooperation, promoting sustainable and high-tech circular agriculture.

Building an R&D Hub in Singapore: Accelerating Agtech and Foodtech Initiatives Globally

A pioneer in the field of high-tech agriculture, TTC AgriS promotes its leading role when quickly following Decree 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on national science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation. Through cooperation with Nanyang Technological University, TTC AgriS has established an R&D Center in Singapore, which is expected to be operational by the end of June 2025. This center not only plays the role of product research and development, but also serves as a point of intersection between scientific knowledge and applied practice, helping TTC AgriS exploit the potential of innovation in the field of Artech and FoodTech, improve competitiveness, and bring Vietnamese agricultural product brands far on the world map.

Here, leading experts will focus on researching advanced solutions to maximize, enhance and take advantage of the entire crop value chain, such as protein fermentation to improve nutritional value, application of high-pressure sterilization (HPP) technology, UHT sterilization to extend the storage time while preserving the full taste and nutrients. .... At the same time, the center will also promote research on specialized nutritional formulas derived from nature, good for consumer health, and ready to serve different groups of customers in the global market.
